Traditional York based firm seeks experienced legal secretary to join their expanding property department. This is a superb opportunity to join a friendly team, with highly experienced fee earners based in York.
You will assist a senior conveyancing solicitor with everyday tasks:
Audio and copy typing
preparing legal documents and filling out forms
Dealing with SDLT's, Land Registry
Typing correspondence, file notes, instruction letters, emails etc
Liaising with other Solicitors, Estate Agents, Clients and other professionals
Assist with completions, title checking and post completions
Handle post, DX
Our client is looking for substantial legal experience either as a secretary or a law graduate.
