Our client is a highly respected and renowned organisation based in the York region. They are one of the most respected and admired firm's in our region and due to growth and expansion, they are now seeking an experienced conveyancer to compliment their team.
You will handle a caseload of residential conveyancing files, from start through to end result - which will include title checking. You will work as part of a team and be aided by a fully experienced conveyancing assistant.
Duties:-
- Managing and running sales, part exchanges and purchases
- You will build relationships with the purchaser's solicitors, their Legal Department and regional operating companies
- Preparing individual plot documentation
- Dealing with part exchange transactions – title checking and reporting
- Monitoring the legal process as well as managing the transfer or lease process
- Dealing with miscellaneous property queries and other plot related property matters
- Carrying out AML checks
- Working alongside your peers to perform as one team.
- Mentoring and guiding assistant conveyancers in the team so they can support you in the role.
