Our client is a super practice based in the York area. They're a relatively small firm offering a different and progressive role. This is a hands on position, lots of variety and further training is provided for the right candidate
You will be assisting in a busy Commercial Property department working closely with the team. You will gain very broad, hands-on experience whilst undertaking a variety of work and having direct client contact. Training will be given as required.
The team is in a period of development as we adopt AI and speech recognition technology. It may start as a more traditional role of audio-typing and task dictation, but a key aim of the role is to helping the team transition into a new digital future, helping implement the changes across the department.
The post is office based and full time.

Key qualifications and skills:
- Some real estate/land law knowledge acquired whilst doing a law degree or post graduate degree would be an advantage;
- Genuine interest in working in Commercial Property, including development of new housing estates;
- Some work experience in a law firm;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Good IT knowledge; and
- A willingness to adopt and implement new technologies.
