Established firm seeks fully experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their team based in York.
With successful offices based in the North Yorkshire area, they are now opening a further office based in York, and will therefore require an experienced fee earner to work within their residential team.
The successful candidate will handle a caseload of files, ranging from sales, purchase, shared ownership, right to buy, remortage etc both freehold and leasehold. You must be IT proficient, possess excellent client care skills and a strong communicator.
Caseload without assistant will be in the region of 60/70 files. With assistant our client anticipates a caseload of c120 files.
