A unique opportunity to join a vibrant and thriving firm of attorneys based in York. Our client has been established by a highly experienced team of attorneys and they are now looking for an experienced legal secretary to join their team working within their state of the art records system.
This is a legal secretarial role is varied, interesting and fast moving.
The role will provide a varied and exciting opportunity to work at the heart of an expanding business and to assist world class attorneys and their clients. Duties to include deadline management, document preparation, audio and copy typing of detailed lengthy documentation, contracts etc as well as correspondence, reports and forms. Duties will also include organising travel, accommodation, organising meetings, diary management as well as liaising with clients over the telephone, face to face and electronically.
You should have a proven track record, ideally focused on commercial/corporate or IP. You should be pro-active, conscientious and able to work independently. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage an increasing workload is essential.
Essential requirements – substantial legal secretarial experience – preferably in corporate/commercial or IP. Superb attention to detail and a strong team player.
Hours are full time Monday to Friday
