The ideal candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current Practising Certificate
- Knowledge of Wills & Probate Law and procedures
- Excellent client service levels and an understanding of the range and type of clients and their needs
- Experience of building strong client relationships to encourage an active pipeline of work
- Ability to operate file, case management and time recording systems in accordance with office procedures
- Complying with professional practice rules
- Assist in marketing activities and maintaining appropriate professional relationships with referrers
- Undertaking necessary training and development relevant to your area of work/ expertise
