Audio and copy typing – correspondence, legal documents
Administer filing
Prepare mail
Arrange for copying to be done
Make appointments, diary management, arrange meetings, book meeting rooms. Keep up to date diary
Liaise with clients both face to face, over the telephone and email etc
Opening and closing files
Copy typing of documents, amending and formatting documents
Organising searches. Land registry etc
Assisting with the everyday conveyancing process along with senior fee earner
Organise completion statements
Billing
All other conveyancing and secretarial related tasks.
