Our client is a leading practice based in the York area.  On their behalf, we are now seeking a Commercial Property Secretary to work for a senior Solicitor.  This is a busy and  hands on role, requiring superb organisation skills.  
Your duties will include:
Liaising with Clients, other Solicitors, Banks, lenders and other professionals.
Organising a busy diary
Arranging meetings
Digital dictation
Typing of correspondence, file notes, forms etc
Organising DX, Post
Billing
Opening and closing files
Research
All other ad hoc duties
We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic candidate- keen to be involved, a strong team player with a can do attitude. 
Essential requirements - substantial legal secretarial experience 
Hours full time Monday to Friday
