We are seeking an experienced conveyancer to work for a small highly reputable practice based in the York area.
This role is due to expansion and will require a candidate with substantial conveyancing experience, as he/she/they will handle their own caseload unsupervised, with an assistant.
You will handle a caseload of files relating to both sale and purchase, remortgage, shared ownership, right to buy etc both freehold and leasehold - from taking instruction through to post completion.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - some flexibility maybe available
Salary is in the region of £30-40k with regular reviews.
