TECHNICAL CONVEYANCER RESIDENTIAL DEPARTMENT REF 54/23
Long established law firm with offices in the North and East Yorkshire require a technical conveyancer to work partly from the office/part hybrid.

The conveyancing department is a key sector of the business, the department is growing its market share, delivering excellent client service and has in place fist class risk management processes. The post holder will work closely with the Department Head and Technical Conveyancers to manage and develop the team.
To comply with the requirements of the Office Manager and the LEXCEL and CQS requirements.
Conveyancing Duties
To conduct technical aspects of residential conveyancing matters (including sales, purchases, transfer of equity and remortgages, using a bespoke case management system to deliver an exceptional client journey for home movers.
Keep up to date with developers in the law and undertake such training or accreditations as may be necessary to ensure minimum CPD requirements are met, and such further training as may be agreed
To operate office systems and to comply with terms of the office manual, LEXCEL and CQS requirements
You will also be expected to be involved with marketing, acting and promoting the business reputation, gathering reviews, feedback, recommendations etc
You must have a sound understanding of the conveyancing process and the ability to identify problems and find solutions
Proficient technical skills to deliver pragmatic legal advice to home movers on complex issues
Good organisational skills and time management
Fully IT literate and a superb team player
