Conveyancer
With a substantive presence in the York market, they are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy property team. With a rich and diverse client portfolio, the successful candidate will be driven, with a desire to work well as part of an integrated and growing team who work on genuinely interesting and varied matters throughout the region and beyond.
As with all conveyancing roles, their preferred candidate will deliver a wide range of services, including the sales, purchases and remortgages of properties for their clients. They are seeking applications from individuals who have ideally 3-4 years PQE, with excellent attention to detail, and commitment to delivering the highest standards in client care.
Experience is essential.

Hours are full time with flexibility and the option for some home working - Proven experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using legal software and databases - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
