Qualified Solicitor with a current Practising Certificate, Knowledge of Family Law and procedures, ability to handle clients in an efficient and courteous manner with strong listening skills, ability to operate file, case management and time recording systems in accordance with office procedures, complying with professional practise rules, assist in marketing activities and maintaining appropriate professional relationships with referrers, undertaking necessary training and development relevant to your area of work/ expertise. Hours are full time - although some flexibility maybe offered
