You should feel comfortable working autonomously on a wide range of commercial property matters such as: sale and purchases, lease variations, advising developers, commercial landlord and tenant matters, purchases, acquisitions and disposals etc
You should have a good range of Commercial Property experience gained at a respected firm and be confident to run your own case load. There is an exciting opportunity here for future career development and real progression path for the successful candidate. You should be a very professional team player, with good networking and Client facing skills, and keen to help maintain the firm's excellent reputation generally. Hours are full time Monday to Friday
Salary is dependable on PQE
