York based legal practice seeks experienced receptionist to join their busy front of house.
This is a super role with a great deal of client contact. Your duties will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors and client's in reception
Answering telephone system, vetting and logging calls
Transferring calls to appropriate staff member
Taking messages and emailing through to appropriate person
Dealing with deliveries/post etc
Other administrative tasks as and when required
Our client is seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills, well presented, a friendly and professional manner along with a proven track record in reception/administration.
Hours are full time Monday to Friday - one hour lunch
Salary is DOE
