We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer or paralegal to provide advice on corporate, public law and employment matters. You will provide advice and representation on operational law, including human rights, civil liberties and equalities law. You will handle litigation cases, deal with management of legal risk and of insurance, provide comprehensive civil disclosure law service and freedom of information and data protection.
You will be expected to handle a caseload from instruction through to file closure, with the inclusion of tribunals, inquiries and court representation. Where applicable you will also instruct in house and external solicitors and Counsel where appropriate.
This is a full time role with an excellent salary - Up to £43k with benefits.
Essential requirements - substantial employment law experience essential. Our client will also consider an NQ with employment experience
