Our client is a very well regarded, established and reputable firm based in the York area. They are now seeking an experienced conveyancing secretary/assistant to work for a senior conveyancer - a candidate with a can do attitude who enjoys working on a one to one basis.
Your duties will include assisting with all conveyancing duties, from liaising with clients, dealing with searches and land registry, organising completions, assisting with title checks, post completion work. You will liaise with clients, build a superb rapport with estate agents and referrers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain more experience (If needed) and to work alongside a highly respected fee earner within a winning secure legal practice.
Essential requirements - at least 6 months conveyancing experience is essential
Salary - this is negotiable and dependable upon level of experience
